The Sino-British College (SBC) is an international university college, jointly established by the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) andnine leading British Universities: The University of Bradford; The University ofHuddersfield; The University of Leeds; Leeds Beckett University; Liverpool JohnMoores University; Manchester Metropolitan University; The University of Salford;The University of Sheffield; Sheffield Hallam University.
学院历史
中英国际学院所在的上海理工大学复兴路校区的前身是创立于1907年的德文医工学堂，后历经中法国立工学院、国立上海高级机械职业学校和上海机械高等专科学校等不同历史时期，于1996年5月并入上海理工大学。校区现完整保留有7栋具有百年历史的普鲁士风格的历史建筑，是上海市第三批优秀历史保护建筑单位。学院地处上海市中心地带，交通方便，环境优美，周围商业繁华，文化气氛浓郁。
SBC is based in Fuxing Campus, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in the heart of the city of Shanghai, and was originally derived from the German Medical School founded in 1907. Its development included various stages, including the Institut Technique Franco-Chinois de Shanghai, Shanghai National Advanced Mechanical Vocational School and Shanghai Machinery Technology College. There are seven historic buildings with centuries-old Prussian style in campus and have been awarded outstanding historical protection in Shanghai.

目前学院已建立管理学院、工程与计算学院，以及语言、教育与文化学院，实行全英文授课，小班制教学。近80人的师资团队全部由资深外籍教师组成，分别来自全球15个不同的国家和地区，在校生人数约1400名，拥有来自于约25个国家和地区的80余名国际学生。
SBC has established the School of Business and, the School of Engineering and Computing, and the School of Languages, Education and Cultures. It teaches in all English and small classes.Degree programmesare taught entirely in the English language and small classes.Nearly 80international staff from 15 different countries and regions.SBC has about 1,400 full-time undergraduate students and over 80international students from 25 countries and regions.
